Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives me time to offer the spot to another client.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me, you will be required to pay 100% of scheduled appointment and make a deposit of the total appointment amount to rebook in the future.
Deposits:
Some services require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits go toward your final total but will be forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show.
Emergency Situations:
I understand life happens! Please reach out if something unexpected comes up. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
